CITY MANAGER'S OFFICE
The City Manager's office is responsible for guiding and implementing City Council policy and providing overall management of municipal operations. This office includes the City Clerk position, which is responsible for keeping and maintaining all official records.
After serving as Interim City Manager for approximately three months, City Council appointed Ms. Traynham as the City Manager on October 19, 2021. She was sworn in on November 3, 2021 as the City Manager for the City of Roanoke Rapids.
