The Public Works Department is responsible for fleet maintenance, street and alley maintenance, sanitation services, traffic control, upkeep of City buildings and grounds, and Cedarwood Cemetery.
Take them to your local collection center located at Public Works Department located at 1313 Hinson St. The City will collect CFL'S, 4' and 8' fluorescent tubes, circular and u-shaped bulbs and mercury thermostats at no charge to you.
Collection hours are 7:30AM - 3:30PM and must be handed to a Public Works employee.
Residents currently have the opportunity to recycle at two Recycling Convenience Centers that are open to the public 24/7.
