Roanoke Rapids City Council meetings are held twice a month on the first and third Tuesdays at 5:15 p.m. at the Lloyd Andrews City Meeting Hall (700 Jackson Street).

If you wish to address the City Council during the “Scheduled Public Comment” segment of a Council meeting, please download, complete and return to:

Applications must be submitted to the City Clerk prior to 12:00 Noon on the Thursday preceding the Tuesday Council meeting date at which you wish to appear. Unless otherwise approved, only the applicant is to make the presentation.
